For starters try the 3 Wild Hogs Chili, it has a hearty flavor with gigantic white beans, ancho chillies, pepper jack cheese, wild boar, bacon and pork crackling. Wow, the flavors blend together and offer a gamy twist to the old traditional red beans and ground hamburger.
